Orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered at Place) incoterms, meaning any applicable customs duties or import taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer, in accordance with your country’s regulations.

Returns are accepted for valid reasons such as damaged or defective items, or for any other reason mutually agreed upon in advance.
